Thanks, that was one of if not the funnest talks I've recorded. I didn't know Richard at all but I knew if he was affiliated with James he'd be good. And he was. Richard and I are discussing the film Once Upon A Time in Hollywood this Friday and probably talk Tarantino generally as well. Plus we might do an episode on the early 2000s film * four feathers * and talk British empire bc he is obsessed with all things Anglo . Which I'm not but it'll be fun.

And I'm doing an episode on the French film to the ends of the world and French colonialism in Vietnam generally with Inward Empire historian Podcaster Sam Davis in another week. I also can't wait to talk with Darryl Cooper maybe next month.
