Lt. Gen. (Promotable) Charles A. Flynn, deputy chief of staff, G-3/5/7, U.S. Army, Washington, D.C., to commanding general, U.S. Army Pacific, Fort Shafter, Hawaii.

General Flynn's brother is now the commander of the Army in the Pacific. Why would Biden do this? Usually, if you're associated with a regime-dissident, you're persona non grata.
