And yet people have successfully invoked the castle doctrine many many times... I mean California sucks, but dont I think you dont have a real idea of how California actually is.
Roger Benetiz is on the path to restore gun rights all over the country. Ca residents rejected gay marriage and recently affirmative action. Outside the coast its extremely conservative.
It's a pretty schizo state, but I'd feel confident if I ever had to rely on the castle doctrine. It's one thing that's pretty well established.
