I might try some gaming. I don’t think it will be affected by The Collapse, and I’m never going to play golf.

No golf?
Man... golf is one of the things I'm looking forward to in my 60s.
Baggy pants. Riding around in a cart. Drunk. Smelling pine trees and fresh grass.

Nahhhhh man. Now I gotta WORK and shit.
Nose to the grindstone, all that.
No leisurely drunken go-karting for me.
At least not till the weekend.
But when I retire? Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuck. Be out there all day with my Glenfiddich, clubs, and THC edibles.

That's my thought - that's why I prefer hardcopy of things - gardening, metalsmithing, electronics, etc, it's always good to have some reference material. Besides history, of course, which is always rewritten by the conquerors.Haumana wrote: ↑Fri Jan 15, 2021 9:44 amBitcoin of the future. May be nothing, may just take up space for a while... Or might come in handy in the future?

I basically do that now. Lol. Actually I sold my golf cart earlier in the year and bought a side x side. Polaris Ranger Crew. Anyways, where I live we’re allowed to drive them around our community, no cops, just our private security. People drive around drinking and smoking weed all the time. Love living in a large private community in the country. 95% Republican rednecks. Basically the opposite of where Hash lives.... politically at least.DBTrek wrote: ↑Fri Jan 15, 2021 11:22 amNahhhhh man. Now I gotta WORK and shit.

That sounds just about perfect. Uhhh... is there an application process or something? Y'all taking new members?SilverEagle wrote: ↑Fri Jan 15, 2021 12:00 pmI basically do that now. Lol. Martin - you should extend your train track to SilverEagle's community so you can choo-choo your way on down if things get too crazy in WA.

Lol you do have to apply but it’s really just a formality. 150 acre lake, no horsepower limit on boats. However the length of hauled boat is 21 foot. No limit on pontoon boats. I grew up here and 10 years ago the wife and I bought a house here and we plan on living here for good.DBTrek wrote: ↑Fri Jan 15, 2021 12:16 pmThat sounds just about perfect.
