In the last 6 months.

The NCO Corps has been destroyed too. Most NCOs are serving 1 to 2 positions higher than they are supposed to.

Add in that people are becoming NCOs at minimum in service time.

So now you have units with new E 5 Sergeants with 2 years in service, no experience and they are squad leaders. The pivotal position in Armies.
