Guess they gave up on impeachment after all. Now Pence is in quite the pickle. Though I suppose he can just decide to do nothing again, he will be blamed for anything that happens this week.

Legally no. Legally they have no grounds for either. Trump is perfectly healthy and capable, and he didn't do anything illegal. Of course legality doesn't mean much to the elites or the left.

He did this before the beginning of the day, they are still going to try to force him to do it through congressional fiat. If that doesn't work tomorrow they will try the Impeachment attempt tomorrow.
