How so or in what meaningfully different way? Big Tech has been censoring for years now. This was orchestrated to make Trump and maga look bad , ok i can see or buy that, but what other reasons was it done? One could easy juxtapose yesterday's shitshow with the disorder and chaos and violence of Portland, Seattle, Minnesolpolis, NYC etc. from May to now and compare the lack of police responses and charges being dropped and so on. For me it looks like anarcho-tyranny mixed with neoliberalism consolidation. Which is a weird thing when you think about it. How can there be anarchy for so many and profits to be made by Amazon/Walmart etc...but that seems to be what's going on.

Police escorting people through a crowded hallway and stairway. She was up in the open window that was blocked off to another hallway when she was shot from the other side right in the throat.

Felon fighting Police holding a knife gets a million dollars from GoFundMe, protests that burned innocent businesses to the ground, athletes kneeing for him. This lady was unarmed, not fighting the cops, get shot in the neck and the media and lefties are like "that's what you get".

How stupid is the person that shot her, not only for using lethal force in that situation but shooting towards a hallways full of people, including police. What if the shot had missed? I was back the blue during the summer, but I'm done supporting them after they have shown so many times recently that they won't support law abiding people.

We are in the final or 4th stage of simulacra. Baudrillard wrote about this in the 1981 book Simulacra & Simulation. No longer can one distinguish between reality and "hyperreality" or simulation and substance. Yes this is a Post Truth and Post Trust age. The ramifications are going to ripple through this decade. There is too much room for agent provocateur and confusion (legitimate not knowing) and disinformation. I think a possible recourse to this is a reconfiguration and reliance on local communities/neighbors/family/friends etc. rather than thinking the guberment matters much. Cops and bureaucrats become ineffectual and their power wanes as time goes by and folks see the veil come off.
