Hit 18:35, it looks like Rand Paul may force this to the House to elect the next President.

(Key components of the Dominion Audit)
(Key components of the Dominion Audit)
- The allowable election error rate established by the Federal Election Commission guidelines is of 1 in 250,000 ballots (.0008%). We observed an error rate of 68.05%. This demonstrated a significant and fatal error in security and election integrity.
- The results of the Antrim County 2020 election are not certifiable. This is a result of machineand/or softwareerror, not human error.
- Antrim County failed to properly update its system. A purposeful lack of providing basic computer security updates in the system software and hardware demonstrates incompetence, gross negligence, bad faith, and/or willful non-compliance in providing the fundamental system security required by federal and state law. There is no way this election management system could have passed tests or have been legally certified to conduct the 2020 elections in Michigan under the current laws. According to the National Conference of State Legislatures –Michigan requires full compliance with federal standards as determined by a federally accredited voting system laboratory.
- On November 21, 2020, an unauthorized user unsuccessfully attempted to zero out election results. This demonstrates additional tampering with data.
- Research is ongoing. However, based on the preliminary results, we conclude that the errors are so significant that they call into question the integrity and legitimacy of the results in the Antrim County 2020 election to the point that the results are not certifiable. Because the same machine sand software are used in 48 other counties in Michigan, this casts doubt on the integrity of the entire election in the state of Michigan.

So we've got both a House and a Senate member who will object to the election, so how probable is it that Pence will use the cover of 7 States sending 2 EC delegations to call for the election to go to the House?

If he wants to keep his job, and keep Harris out of the Presidency (because we know that is what is going to happen) I say pretty damned strong. If he wants to claim it as upholding his constitutional duty, he also has a strong, and logical reason to do so as well.Martin Hash wrote: ↑Tue Dec 15, 2020 11:11 amSo we've got both a House and a Senate member who will object to the election, so how probable is it that Pence will use the cover of 7 States sending 2 EC delegations to call for the election to go to the House?

With McConnell congratulating Biden, if Pence wants to stay in the good graces of the Republican party leadership he would probably side with McConnell and Biden. The downsides of that is he loses any chance of ever being president in the future. His political career in Indiana was essentially over when he took the Vice-President gig, and siding with McConnell would close it forever.Martin Hash wrote: ↑Tue Dec 15, 2020 11:11 amSo we've got both a House and a Senate member who will object to the election, so how probable is it that Pence will use the cover of 7 States sending 2 EC delegations to call for the election to go to the House?
If he sides with Trump, that might keep the opportunity for running for president open, but would likely result in him losing all support from Republican leaders. Losing that support might also kill any future possibility of being elected president.

If he votes to put Biden in the WH, the Republican party will destroy itself from inside, and I will help with that myself if I need to.TheOneX wrote: ↑Tue Dec 15, 2020 2:34 pmWith McConnell congratulating Biden, if Pence wants to stay in the good graces of the Republican party leadership he would probably side with McConnell and Biden. He actually did that? Just more confirmation to be done supporting the GOP. Siding with them is only slowing down the train a little bit, it's not changing the course. We need to derail the whole damn thing and start over.

They are all falling in line now, like good swamp creatures. Ron Johnson came in as an "outsider" from the private sector, but has now disappointed me as much as his fellow WI politician Paul Ryan did.

Johnson contended there are unanswered questions about the election process.
But asked if he regarded the election as "legitimate," he said, "Yes. I haven’t seen anything that would convince me that the results — the overall national result — would be overturned."
