State of Texas has filed it's reply brief. Now, we're waiting on the Supreme Court to decide on whether it will take the case.

It has to take the fucking case. Not taking case violates constitution. It’s a suit between states - there is no other Art III court to hear the case.

The only way it “gets kicked out” is 12(b)(6) - which ain’t happening.

40/50 states involved in this case - a punt by SCOTUS triggers secession - this is what happens when commies fuck up voting with fraud and cheating.
