I don’t play games now but I did in 1978. I’d like the actual devices from that era.

Atari 2600 with that joystick or better yet the paddles? Bomberman rocked.Martin Hash wrote: ↑Sat Dec 05, 2020 10:51 amThe TV in my bedroom has not been on this year. I have never watched the TV in the Media room. I still have my VHS, DVD & turntable.
I think it'd be cool to get an old Atari and some games too.

Our tv has been out in the POD shed for the last 3 years since we moved. The years before that it was turned on just to watch RedZone (Family Fantasy Football) or to watch a UFC fight card other than that it was the dormant.Ph64 wrote: ↑Sat Dec 05, 2020 10:47 amI still have a TV, it's an old 19" analog CRT one... With my DVD & VHS players hooked up, and the SNES on it. Haven't actually turned it on in years, but if I ever get motivated to play SNES it'd be handy to have.Haumana wrote: ↑Sat Dec 05, 2020 8:23 amGoing on almost a decade of not a TV in the house. Switch your analogy to Dracula and you are on to something. Never invite a vampire in... But it is a voluntary action in the end.Martin Hash wrote: ↑Sat Dec 05, 2020 7:44 amHow many people here consciously avoid contact with the MSM? If your house can been robbed, you don’t let a thief in.
No cable or antenna on it though.

*knuckle dap.
Bomberman and Adventure were my go to games on that 2600.
Lemme know when we get to the Apple II+ portion of the program, that was really my teenage wheelhouse.
