People who follow the rules, not all do so willingly, but do so showing tolerance until the reprieved danger is under control. When people realize that the danger is no longer there, and it is only political in nature, that is when the those who went along with it will start to say "fuck off"... and I believe that is starting to happen now, with everything else going on, the US population will only tolerate this shutdown for so much longer before it backfires on the politicians that demand compliance.
