Call for Martial Law to Redo Election
Since The Swamp fully intends to ignore the voter fraud against Trump, there are now calls from Sydney Powell & L. Wood for Trump to declare martial law. Trump’s firing of the Defense Sec, and replacement of high-level officers looks prescient.

I'm game. At this point, the republic is dead. The only thing that would ensure that the future of the country isn't just pandering to retards until the money runs out is a Caesar.Martin Hash wrote: ↑Fri Dec 04, 2020 11:46 amSince The Swamp fully intends to ignore the voter fraud against Trump, there are now calls from Sydney Powell & L. We have not repented enough to earn this timeline.

If he does this, doesn't this cause a slippery slope in which if any president doesn't like the results they declare martial law? (thinking like a Democrat for a moment here)

Yes, but the Executive has been ruling via executive fiat for years now. This is just an opportunity to transition the presidency from a Consul to an Emperor. The Conservative wrote: ↑Fri Dec 04, 2020 12:10 pmIf he does this, doesn't this cause a slippery slope in which if any president doesn't like the results they declare martial law? If Trump has the right to do this, not the power to do this, I say go for it. If he has the power, and not the right, I say he should stay in his lane and let it go through the courts accordingly. I have an issue with abuse of power, and people in power abusing said power. The further we slide from what the Constitution allows the further we go from what the ideals of what America is all about.Xenophon wrote: ↑Fri Dec 04, 2020 12:16 pmYes, but the Executive has been ruling via executive fiat for years now. I don't disagree, but when we play the same game they do, lets make sure we do it right, and not open a Pandora's box we can't afford to lose control of.Martin Hash wrote: ↑Fri Dec 04, 2020 12:25 pmThe people we are against are also against The Constitution.

His power comes from divine right, which is an ex post facto explanation for victory, which I endorse. It's similar to the Chinese Mandate of Heaven. If he wins, he was meant to win. Hemming and hawwing over "rights" is a waste of time. This is how you show real power. The legislative and judicial process is a restraining force, not an uplifting force. The Conservative wrote: ↑Fri Dec 04, 2020 12:22 pmIf Trump has the right to do this, not the power to do this, I say go for it. If he declares martial law, there will never be another election. There’s no going back from that.
