If Trump has the right to do this, not the power to do this, I say go for it. If he has the power, and not the right, I say he should stay in his lane and let it go through the courts accordingly. I have an issue with abuse of power, and people in power abusing said power. The further we slide from what the Constitution allows the further we go from what the ideals of what America is all about.

His power comes from divine right, which is an ex post facto explanation for victory, which I endorse. It's similar to the Chinese Mandate of Heaven. If he wins, he was meant to win. Hemming and hawwing over "rights" is a waste of time. This is how you show real power. The legislative and judicial process is a restraining force, not an uplifting force.
