Why’d he do a 1-off “Common Sense” that totally destroyed any remaining credibility he had with his original audience? You don’t do that unless someone close is prompting you.

Some creatures just respond to change with suicide I guess.
But not Epstein.

That's true, I guess. I just like to think Dan had more of a spine than that. I can at least understand flip-flopping if your motive is to help your family's situation. I hate to think that his wife was just like, "Wow, honey. I really don't like that nukedog character. Why do you let people like that on your site?"Martin Hash wrote: ↑Tue Nov 03, 2020 2:39 pmWhy’d he do a 1-off “Common Sense” that totally destroyed any remaining credibility he had with his original audience? My wife understands that I consider myself an expert on ideology, logic, and most importantly, wise. It’s an insult when someone thinks their opinion is more studied than mine. That’s why Hanny irritates me; his TDS is counter-logical yet he insists he has more knowledge, experience & self-awareness than me.

Hanny's just a smug bastard, and I can't help but liking him for it. Monte's the same way. Lovable bastards.Martin Hash wrote: ↑Tue Nov 03, 2020 2:45 pmMy wife understands that I consider myself an expert on ideology, logic, and most importantly, wise. Just before Dan pulled the plug, a school age boy put up some naive posts; I didn’t follow The 100 Post Rule, and shredded the kid. I don’t know why I was so salty; sometimes I’m just an asshole. Anyway, within 24-hours Dan announced he was closing the board. My first thought was, “Does Dan have a son?”

Lol. Poor kid. Hopefully he took lessons from it. I got shredded by Archons all the time back then.Martin Hash wrote: ↑Tue Nov 03, 2020 2:49 pmTo let Nuke off the hook a little bit:Xenophon wrote: ↑Tue Nov 03, 2020 2:42 pmThat's true, I guess. I like nuke. I feel like he's a rare kind of rhetorical genius. Same with heydaralon. If Dan couldn't handle it, he shouldn't have built the kitchen.
