You're telling me an outside consultant you paid large sums of money to find "institutional racism" at your place of employment actually FOUND some???

And their solution to combatting this is to hold classes segregated by your skin color on this and dismissing employees who don't believe them?

If MLK could have seen this happening today he wouldn't have even bothered trying.

He's written some stuff I disagreed with, but I can respect him for not compromising his principles and instead resigning. Honestly, without him I'd guess the Intercept is headed for terminal decline.
