And that's just the beginning. Dug up a few feet of potatoes, and just a few of the squash. There's a hell of a lot more still to come.

As long as you can keep it growing, that's good, but preserving it is going to be the trick.

Luckily I have someone who’s gotten very good at canning. The big issue this year is finding enough lids for the jars.
