Chickens are up to 10 eggs a day  Should reach full production at 12-15 eggs a day

Tomatoes are coming in hard. Going to get ready to make tomato sauce. I've made it before, and had good success, but I'm going to try to improve it. Using this old gals instructions

We followed this guy. Same process, but that initial squeeze, instead of the waiting to drain saved some time. Also, we used the squeezed juice with other veggies to cook down into vegetable stock. (Absolutely delicious btw).
