You’re confusing a nuclear blast radius with ‘windows blown out’. There is a difference.
Am I? Do you guys realize you are being played for fools?
Oklahoma City bombing, 2000lbs of your precious ammonium nitrate was used it did damage for 16 blocks and felt for 55 miles away.
Beirut explosion could be felt 150 miles away... three times the distance, yet it has 1/2000th the amount of nitrate... seriously?
The math doesn't add up. That would mean this would have been a partial explosion, and only a fraction of it exploded?
If you still think this is even close to being what they are saying it is, you are smoking some very strong shit...

I'd imagine SWAT teams would do it, hit scattered areas once a week or so. Try not to cause a giant ruckus.
Pretty unlikely they'd complete the job though.
I highly doubt that. SWAT teams aren't big enough to cover all the ground they'd need to.
If "confiscations" happen, all they'll need to do is offer cash in exchange for voluntarily giving up your weapon. Everyone else, they'll get them eventually by monitoring social media. The objective isn't to get every gun. The objective is to make gun-owning a crime.
If this is the hill they want to die on, they will die on that hill... America will not give up it's guns for people who want to do America harm.

I wish I shared your optimism. I believe most gun-owners will cave.

Look how many wear masks without question.
I’m glad I had the good life before pussification.

I know too many that won't. Most are retired or in the military... I know people myself included that will tell people to fuck off with my grandfather's 30-06 Springfield in hand.
The 2nd Amendment is there to protect all others, without the 2nd Amendment the Constitution and all others documents protecting our freedom are nothing more than toilet paper.

Everybody talks big game, but the rest of the Amendments are mostly destroyed.

Go ahead and try me... my family is more important to me than your soft feelings. Try to take away my constitutional right to protect my family and youll find yourself on the wrong end of my boomstick.

I don't think he's in favor of gun confiscation. He's just being realistic.
People sit around, do nothing, and talk a big game while their liberties are taken away. It's always "They ain't gon' take mah' guns, by God," but when it comes time to follow through, suddenly they remember they have responsibilities and a family to support.
Here's the thing. 100 years ago, you'd have a community to defend you when this kind of stuff would happen. You'd have friends and neighbors who identified with you and who weren't afraid of the authorities. We have become atomized and soft, so even if one guy decides he's going to buck the system, it's still only one guy. Our soft living hasn't prepared us for civil strife. It has prepared us for capitulation.

The difference is I have that community today, they would help me protect my family. I don't talk shit because I'm an armchair general, I talk shit because I can back it up. I have friends that will get their AR-15, and anything else they can carry, get my son, my wife and I and we are out in the hills if need be.
They are about the latter two than me, and that's fine by me as well, as long as my family is safe I can do what needs to be done to protect them. And right now, I have a red line that I will not let be crossed, taking away my guns and my ability to protect myself, is that red line.

Sorry, I thought that was a given
