Well either way, Trump was a Democrat before he was a Republican... He was never a Leftist though.

Going against Big Pharma is going against the MSM. The amount of money they put into advertising is astounding. That is why no normal politician dare to touch them.
The Donald already has the entire media against him so he has nothing to loose. It's the right offencive play if he wants to continue down a credible populist path.
