Then we need to bring their IQ up, not dumb down our education system more. We need to fix the failures, and remove the cancers... this is a hill I am willing to die on because my son is going to be going through the system soon, and if you think I am going to have him end up on the side of the road of life because some asshat taught feeling instead of English, they and you got another thing coming.

Our education system needs to be revamped back to what it was... My Freshman year at college I had an English teacher (that is now a professor over in Oxford.) Her class was so full at the beginning of the semester there were no seats available. She handed the syllabus for that semester, to the class it was 50 pages double-sided. The next day there were enough seats leftover that 10 students could easily have found seats.

This day and age, if a teacher did that, they probably would be called out as Elitist, racist, etc... she next to one of my High School English teachers, were two of the best teachers I ever had.

I agree. Boomers are a convenient scapegoat for people looking for an excuse for their position in life. Not to say that they aren't without some degree of justification, but vilifying the Boomers isn't productive.

I'm not strawmanning. But the majority of reprobates who are anti-Boomer are the ones beating the drum for socialism and UBI. They want what their grandparents have, right now, with minimal effort because they are entitled an indemnity. Solutions to the Boomer problem involve reforms in trade policy, manufacturing, and agriculture. Good luck making that happen.
