There’s a guy who fishes storm culverts that I watch and I don’t even like fishing. I also watch a guy who works on exotic cars. These guys don’t have many views but way more than all my YouTube videos, and I have approaching 1000. I like doing it...

Oval shaped pasta sheets to match the size of individual portion dishes.
Also, large single piece sheets to fit the standard catering sized bain-marie tray.
Both would do really well with caterers and the small ones might work for the public too.

Due to COVID, all learning must go remote or to small groups.
Give all the education dollars to the parents to choose education for their kids.
