I'm waiting for him to get his day in court, it isn't up to me to adjudicate. I will say that being on drugs is not the same thing as committing suicide by cop, though, and Floyd clearly wanted to live. He wasn't as blinkered by an over-literal reading of Ecclesiastes like the Davidians were.

My argument is simply that people should be less cavalier begging for military force against civilians and the revival of the Insurrection Act.
