That's where you're confused. Egalitarianism isn't opposition to elitism, it's opposition to individuality. We're a "know your place" culture because Americans have to fight for our place in the hierarchy, and therefore, if you aren't at our level - best get to steppin' back to your place. Places gotta be earned. We don't hand them out like Zwarte Piet candy. That's why the lowest rung of the American ladder is an SJW haven of proto-Danes constantly trying to drag everyone down to their shitty level, Denmark style.

It's an American thing that's hard to get if you weren't raised in it.
But I bet the Danes of 1000AD would get it.
That may be your postmodernist, personalized definition of egalitarianism. In the world outside your safe space bubble, what you actually described in your post was the definition of collectivism. Not egalitarianism. From Merriam-Webster:
1: a belief in human equality especially with respect to social, political, and economic affairs
2: a social philosophy advocating the removal of inequalities among people
There's nothing at all anti-individualist about that.

Riiiiiiiiiiiiiight, there's nothing anti-individualist about "a social philosophy advocating the removal of inequalities among people" at all. Making clones that are identical in "social, political, and economic affairs" is individualist as shit.

I don't really know where to take the convo when you start citing definitions that tell you what I just said, and then try to argue with me. You can't cite evidence proving I'm correct, and continue the fight.

See? I can post loads of smileys and pretend I'm as witty as John Oliver? Shame you're also only as well-informed as he is. Sad.

Your definition of egalitarianism is still just your personal, SJW-like safe space nonsense. "...advocating the removal of inequalities among people"? Right, if it doesn't say something scaaaaaaaary, something I can twist like a SJW'er can twist anything into being raycis!, we can certainly count on you to just wholesale invent some shit. ;)

Equality before the law is a slippery slope to Marxism, derp. And Marxism means owning property, btw. It says so in my Liberty Dictionary.

R U just talking to calm yourself during the lockdown? You make no sense. You’re not an American; you have only your imagination of how we live. You’ve shown time and again you don’t understand liberty.

What lockdown? The only places that are still on lockdown here are gyms and public pools. You're an American. You know nothing about any other countries than you're own - and just barely even that. You don't even speak my language, how can you know anything about my country? My knowledge and understanding of your country is a trillion times more vast than your nonexistent knowledge of mine. Yet you presume to yap to me about it?

... skipping over the economic equality part doesn't remove it from the definition you posted.
But I get your anger. I'd be mad too if I unwittingly posted a definition proving I had no idea what I was talking about, and showing my opponent was right.

You’re the one who incessantly talks about America; I don’t even know where you live, nor do I care; but I’m sure I passed through at least a couple times on my many trips while writing 3 travel books, and as a Travel writer for iPhone Life magazine.

If you can't argue against me, I agree that the best course of action is to make up new definition of words and just keep repeating them over, and over and over. Works for "rayciss".

Nice rhetorical trick with the ol' "O, u so angry lol!" accusation, btw. You always were good with those rhetorical tricks, like how everytime you've been caught in a lie and you know it, you pile on the smileys, make your little Daily Show/John Oliver impersonation, recieve the ovations by the mindless seals and waddle off. I can't say I wish I had that talent, but I still have to admire its effectiveness.

And despite "not caring", even admitting you don't know anything about my country or many other countries, you feel secure in claiming that all other countries don't know liberty? "I don't know anything about other countries and don't want to!" followed by "All other countries don't have our liberty". You don't see the logical inconsistancy there?
