The Thames is actually getting cleaner. Within the last ten years otters have returned and there are healthy populations of other indicators of clean water such as kingfishers and dragonflies.

Poverty is a major factor in their indifference to the environment. If you are living a life where you don't know where your next meal is coming from then recycling your single-use plastics is not going to be high on your list of priorities.

I was listening to this song by happen stance while chatting on TG and sharing some YouTube channels, I haven't watched the movie or whatever but I remember this song vividly and it brought back some experience I want to share. I wish there was someone else for me to blog at sometimes.

It's not actually that remarkable, that song was pinned to the top of /pol/ on 4chan when Trump won the election for a full day or two. I still remember watching the election through my phone it was in the parking lot of a 24hr fitness and in my old van. I was doing push-ups on post count rolls for which state Trump would win next. I was so fucking excited. And then the next day when I we up this song was pinned to my favorite board and I listened to it for hours, just so happy.

Why was I happy? Because fuck you that's why. It was the greatest thing to happen to me since my wife left me and I started living in a van. A resounding fuck you was what I raised my hand to and I did it. Along with every other fucker that wanted to. Did I hope Trump would fix the problems as I saw them? Of course. I did not really believe he ever would. I wanted to. His campaign rhetoric was so good but said to myself, 'if we pull this off, this will be our last chance."
