Vitamin D is very important to avoid getting seriously ill from Covid-19. Going out in the sun saves lives.

I love the Sun but damn is it hard to get enough unless you live in a year round tropical climate. I believe vitamin d supplements aren't as effective as sun exposure and the supplements don't have all that the Sun gives you.

How much sun exposure is recommended, nowadays? I'm out walking or playing with the kids just about every day. For years they told us to avoid the sun because "Tanning bad, skin cancer bad."
