So a person who was not vaccinated for the flu could not get Type A and Type B in the same year?
Tell me, when and where did you get your medical degree?

For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

He also manually routed internet packets for a major internet backbone provider. I’d tell you more, but I’d have to kill everyone you know.Montegriffo wrote: ↑Wed May 06, 2020 1:42 pmAre you doubting the word of a man with a ceiling-mounted rifle who cooked burgers for two different Presidents on his basement forge?Speaker to Animals wrote: ↑Wed May 06, 2020 1:37 pmThere is so much wrong with what you are trying to claim, and it amuses me tgat you are on Team DB. What exactly does that mean to you (I'll keep it serious and leave any other interpretations of him wanting us to suck it up to others)? The Conservative wrote: ↑Wed May 06, 2020 1:05 pmIf we suck it up and actually act like adults, we will be done with this by August at the latest
Does that mean going back to everything as normal? What kind of precautions and measures should be taken between now and August?

Is NY an extreme case you don't want to use as a statistic because it's an extreme case or is NY something to be used as a model to apply to the rest of the US?The Conservative wrote: ↑Wed May 06, 2020 10:33 am1 in 5 may have been infected by COVID already... That means 1,680,000 of people in NY may already of had COVID.... now if we take that into consideration,we would have to take the Southern, Eastern, and Western states and round out about 1/5th of their population of having COVID without being tested, which I have no issue doing, but it still doesn't increase the death tolls...
But we have to come to an agreement that 1/5 of the country already has COVID tested or not... and that the numbers we have now are a minimum count.

There are three main types of influenza in circulation. Assuming you are not just confused about facts, if you are infected with two, you are still good to go for the third. There is also the newer avian influenza that has three types, but it's not likely you had one of those. You could also have had a bad cold and confused that with covid. You could have had a bad case of influenza and then caught a nasty secondary infection in your respiratory tract. There is no logical way to conclude: I had the flu twice therefore I had covid. The Conservative wrote: ↑Wed May 06, 2020 1:38 pmOh, really?Speaker to Animals wrote: ↑Wed May 06, 2020 1:37 pmThere is so much wrong with what you are trying to claim, and it amuses me tgat you are on Team DB. I too suspect a lot of us had this, but you need to prove it. You can't just declare yourself a covid survivor without proof of it. Just because you feel like it. Are you actually walking around telling people you are a covid survivor? Dude, don't do that. If you had a positive test result (either the RNA test during the time or an antibody test recently, and you tested positive, then you can make that claim. Otherwise you need to preface the claim with "I suspect". Which does not prove anything. I too suspect I might have had it, but I don't have a positive test so I don't go around telling people I am a survivor. LOL

And to the wider point of "A huge percentage of the American population already had it so we are pretty close to herd immunity right now".. We have no proof of that because we have no realistic community testing in this country. Let's demand the federal government stop blocking states from testing people in the community and find that out. If that is true, then a lot of options open up for us. But it is not true simply because we want it to be true. To assume it is true because your ideology supports it is a form of magical thinking. Magical thinking is a really good way to get a lot of people killed, hence why we have over 60k fatalities and counting right now because our Dear Leader believed covid would magically disappear in April.
