The sad part is that none of them will acknowledge moral culpability if their reopening demands are met and the result is mass fatalities. That's not even a debatable proposition. We all know DB will blame democrats or somebody else. I might bring up his own posts and responses to my warnings. Some bigoted discriminatory remarks against disabled people will ensue, as if that's an argument at all and not the insane ramblings of an idiot.

At this point I am just fatalistic about it but it's sad. I don't wish ill on anybody but without a doubt the people clamoring for reopening the economy morally deserve first swing at the ICU ward.

That's your problem, you are fatalistic about it because you aren't caring about facts but emotions.

And this disabled person has more information to stand upon that you do, so I wouldn't be talking bullshit without some facts to back you up... and so far you have none except for what the media that have been dolling out, which is producing fearmongering which you have swallowed like a fat bass, hook, line, and sinker...

The ones you have ignored because you don't want to get "bogged down" with... because it might hurt your "normal" brain...

1. COVID-19 INFO

2. COVID-19 Mass Raw Data

3. Mass Population

Also my other statements about states like Mass adding excess deaths to the COVID-19 deathtoll, and how the CDC corrected it.

Provisional COVID-19 Death Counts by Week Ending Date and State

Excess Deaths Associated with COVID-19 - Raw Data

so data from mass.gov or cdc.gov isn't good enough for you?

What makes me fatalistic is the eagerness of some people to exploit the situation in order to push their favourite wedge issues. It started with nationalistic urges to shut borders then moved onto criticism of experts, bashing socialised medicine, attacking the unemployed and railing against limits to "freedom".
Then these are the same people complaining about the politicalisation of science.
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

I am asking you what you think that data shows to support your contention that the virus is a hoax or no worse than the flu, or whatever it is you think you are proving by posting links to state statistics.

You are fucking obtuse. It shows that it has affected less than 1% of the entire population of Mass... the 3rd most infected state in the union. We have shut down mass for the 1%... there is a joke there somewhere... but I swear I'm talking to a bigger one now.
