A fast food worker in today's America has better access to medical care and better care, than Otto Von Bismarck or Louis XVI. Now we are in a spot where a small percentage of Americans can live less time due to a virus. Are we going to destroy, the civil liberties/economy opportunities of them so that everyone can live forever? Are we going to expand the govt and destroy the economy to save some lives that have still lived vastly better than any in human history?

What you are defending is not liberty. Americans were literally locked in quarantines during the lifetimes of the people who wrote the Constitution.
