I've got people telling me there's work available in hospital canteens and places where their chefs have gone down with the virus. I think I'd rather just stay on the farm and eat lentils than rush straight to the front lines for the sake of paying my phone bill.

If there was a shortage of skills in the hospital that I could provide I think I would just do it. Did you read that article I linked from one of your papers that had this very long list of nurses and doctors who died in the NHS? A very large percentage of them came out of retirement knowing damned well they might not survive. There is honor in that. Much honor.

We've actually lost as many bus drivers as doctors but the doctors get the press and the PPE.

I think the OP is wrong they will give it 20 or 30 years as some sort of nostalgia effect. Test audiences won't want to deal with that shit. Movies are supposed to be an escape, they might make a couple they will bomb and they will be forgotten. They might back to Zika or Ebola.
