That will cut off her food supplies. Next get a cell phone jammer so that she cannot recieve communications. Final step, prepare for a beach head landing. Kick the door of her room open and presumably flooded with water and prepare an amphibious landing into the combat zone girl's room. A second invasion force should led by your wife should paraglide in from outside and kick in her window. Now you have a double sided invasion going on. Your daughter will be fighting a two theater war on either side with little to no food so she will be exhausted and probably surrender quickly.

Next set up a friendly government in this recently conquered hostile territory. Your daughter has proven to be a hostile regime to your families interests, so you need to send her to a foster home and put a more friendly pliable puppet daughter govt in place. I'm thinking you adopt a kid from Cambodia or something.
