Midnight Brown is the uber obscure Lonely Island
Fully detached with a deck and patio, this is the shizzle right hur

No need for a McMansion, that's just more house to clean

We're not made to have kids, we are all about our love affair,

I can't share her with another boy, not even my own

plus Mrs Smitty is ambitious in terms of being in charge at work

I definitely love this big property with modest house set up,

although I am all about my yard, for a lot of families it would be too much yard

Yeah, I'd go with a smaller yard, just to cut down on maintenance, but having a good sized one would definitely be nice

The house to my right is identical to mine, except with a small yard

I don't mind the maintenance, I enjoy it

I only mow the upper yard most of the time,

the grass doesn't grow that fast in the lower yard because its in the shade of the trees,

I only mow it once in awhile, maybe twice all summer

Shade of the trees FTW

If the Russians are ever looking to sell, and I got a wife and the funds at that time, let me know

The one to my right just sold, my old neighbors sold to a friend of Alexei and Natalie, paid $600,000

Alaxei own the two houses to my left, the first is his house, then the next house he bought for his parents

So his dad Vlad, my buddy, he lives in that house,

the two massive yards are combined into one Russosportzplex

Pretty much every house on this street is choice actually

Now I know why they so rarely go on the market, glad I was able to snap this one up

I told our agent, just get it, there was another bidder, but it actually came down to the seller

The seller reserved the right to pick the buyer

So even tho it was a bidding war, that wasn't enough,

Crazy Mary had to like you to sell you her perfect house

Me & Mrs Smitty won the competition,

I never saw the other couple but Mrs Smitty did, and she said we are way cuter

Now, normally when you are selling a house, you let the buyers view it with their agent, you leave

Not Crazy Mary tho, she insisted on being here, so she could show off every last detail

And explain how to use everything, which was handy

That's when she was checking out which buyer she wanted to sell to

because this house really was perfect, she maintained it meticulously

So she wasn't just going to hand it over to anybody

We had to convince her that we would maintain her gardens

This is why we call her Crazy Mary because she was pretty intense about it all

She had terrible taste, old lady taste, Mrs Smitty completely redecorated to a more modern style

Mind you, I decorated the living room and dining room and that is the rooms that company sees

I love my Italian furniture, $6000.00, $2000.00 just for a chair, $500.00 ottoman, that was clearance sale price

Top of the line Italian leather, off white, like cream colored. Super comfortable too

But I almost never sit in them because I don't want to wreck them, they are kept pristine to show off to company

This is what the sofa looks like, this is the style here :
