Life & Death
The sun, and the moon, and the rocks, and the trees, and my music
This is when I feel the presence of the Divine
Did you see the supermoon last night? It was pink here.
Noticed it driving home from picking up my bowling league payout. Looked nearly red here.
Bowling league payout?
Did you win a competition?
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

Anything can be COVID-19: As pandemic grinds on, doctors find early definitions of disease were too narrow
We're seeing so many strange presentations of this that basically we're in a state where almost anybody coming in with anything is a potential COVID case'
The patient presented in the ER with a psychiatric illness. She was delusional and hearing voices and her chart showed a history of schizophrenia. So the triage staff sat her down and asked her to wait for a psych bed to open up.
For a full day the woman waited, in a busy ER at a major hospital outside Seattle. That’s not unusual in the United States, or in Canada either. There, and here, psychiatric patients show up in emergency every day, and long waits for specialized treatment are the norm.
So the woman wasn’t out of place. And it wasn’t until her fever spiked that the medical staff realized they had something more troubling on their hands. “We know that when patients with psychiatric diseases get sick, it kind of mentally de-compensates,” said Dr. Gregg Miller, an emergency room physician at the hospital. “And we realized that the reason that her schizophrenia reactivated was because of COVID-19.”

A 47 year old worker in an old folks home working round the clock dies at home in his sleep isolating with COVID
The infectious specialists say that COVID can attack the heart muscle, and if so it is fatal within minutes
This Bug is spooky
The novel aspect of it makes it an alien invader, it can attack different parts of the body at random
And it finds any weakness and exploits it

Yeah
She wasn't the only outside staff who tested positive either, someone else did too and pretty sure I worked with them as well
Both assigned to the same resident, who is showing symptoms and they tested them too, she is going to come back positive for sure

The vast majority of the residents who are getting sick had outside help from staff who travel to a bunch of different locations for their job
Hopefully I'm Neo
