Doug Ford has shut down all non essential industrial construction

Only construction for the war effort is authorized, and the rules will be strictly enforced

The government fatality estimates are so widely varied that they are basically meaningless

If the government had done nothing there would be as many as 100,000 deaths

If the government imposes maximum intervention it will be 3,000 deaths

Ok so lets say you run munitions factories 24/7. Then your govt wold still have to decide whether SAC should shell innocent civilians with COVID in Canuck cities. Is this guy a Doug Ford or a Doug Nixon? How badly does he want to win the war? Is he willing to pardon Corona draft dodgers and push embassy helicopters off the carriers into the ocean or he actually want to win with honor?

Not only that but many of these estimates are just for the next few months, the models don't go much later than August, they don't include potential subsequent waves or anything. Pretty much totally useless.

I've just looked at the bug all along ; BSL3 pathogen, nuff said

I didn't go by the government's assessment of it, obviously since I prepped for weeks in advance

Once I determined that it was a plausible lethal threat to me & Mrs Smitty, that was DEFCON 2

Once Mrs Smitty got scared, that allowed me to go to DEFCON 1,

but we reacted before the state & her work, we were ahead of the curve

Also with each passing day, this is looking more and more like Chicom Biolab Chernobyl and a lot less like Chicom Wet Market Chernobyl.

You simple motherfucker. If we don't stop Coronavirus, Manhattan and Florida will be underwater by August 2020. Sea Levels are rising, and Covid raises body temp, which can cause icebergs to melt if you are close to them. I know you like to kid around, but this is not something you can just sleep on. Take this serious, for once in your life.

Yeah you made the right call. The government making the right call, less likely.

If I don't already have the Covid, I'm probably going to get it, though I will of course try to avoid it.

Outbreak City, into the minefield in like three hours, Tecumseh goes.
