But now you really notice that there is practically no air traffic, when the odd one does fly over

The fishing industry has been hit hard by the restaurant closures so they are delivering to the public now. There's still a small fishing fleet in nearby Lowestoft and the seabass are starting to appear on the East Coast this time of year.
Hopefully, they can maintain the fleet with sales direct to the public.

Dairy is the main weakness of all our quarantine prep. Very difficult to account for.

Milk, butter and cheese all freeze quite well. If you can still buy in bulk you can reduce shopping trips so long as you have freezer space.
