I got it all, my upper yard is like a yard, my lower yard is all trees like a park

I own my own trees, and I got lots

This real estate agent came by to ask me if I would sell, he was from South America somewhere

The bottom part of my garden has a lot of trees and a little wooden cabin plumbed in and with electrics. It's an en suit bedroom really for guests but it'll be nice down there in the spring with a few bluebells coming up under the hazels, walnut and apple trees. I might put a plum or greengage in once I've cleared a bit more brambles. There's a huge conifer that I want to cut down and that will clear up a big space for other trees.
Veg patch and a bit of lawn for badminton and croquet up near the house it what I have in mind. Maybe a pétanque boulodrome for boules.

There's a lot of work between what it is and what I want but there's a lot there to work with. Hasn't even got a woodshed yet. There's a decent-sized tin shed on concrete in good nick. The chalet is on concrete too.
I was hoping to go out there this spring. Not going to happen now.
It would have been Dad's 84th birthday today.

I'll get the cute little girl when I get there. Nice little Gallic girl or an ex-pat posh totty girl.
Dad was getting laid with all the ex-pat divorcees and widows. More of a player than me though I'd just try and find a nice one.
