I have noticed the positive effects of having a relationship with a gf in the past but I have noticed that it has become increasingly difficult to gain one. Why is that? Am I being denied a basic civil right?

I never had a problem finding a gf, I was a serial monogamist, but it did require a lot of hustling, they didn't just come up and knock on my door out of the blue.

Actually, come to think of it, one practically did do that, I moved into an apartment at noon, and I had the girl who lived upstairs in the shower by that evening.

But usually they didn't come that easily, usually I had to be out and about and socializing to make contact.

You can't just sit in a van down by the river expecting chicks to come rowing past in their canoes.
