The NHS is providing a drive through service for people who fear they may have been affected.
You turn up at a clinic and stay in your car. A medical practitioner then collects two swabs (throat and nose) and you go home and await the results.
This eliminates the need for a crowded waiting room of potential carriers spreading the virus further.
Cases now at 15, all of whom have been to China since the outbreak or come into close contact with someone who has.
No one gets charged a penny for the service.

For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

Isn't that a waste of money though? Why swab someone if they are just gonna be a little sick and cough for like 2 days? Coronavirus is hardly lethal and not a big deal at all. Even Speaker knows that much. Does the NHS have a drive thru set up for bandaids when people get a booboo? I wish more people got sick so he could realize that he could be spending his time on more important things the same way I do.Montegriffo wrote: ↑Thu Feb 27, 2020 12:18 pmThe NHS is providing a drive through service for people who fear they may have been affected.

Look, we have to control the spread of this disease or they will cancel the Olympic games and that will ruin my summer.heydaralon wrote: ↑Thu Feb 27, 2020 12:22 pmIsn't that a waste of money though? At that point coronavirus really would be hockey wars 2.0, heheMontegriffo wrote: ↑Thu Feb 27, 2020 12:25 pmLook, we have to control the spread of this disease or they will cancel the Olympic games and that will ruin my summer.heydaralon wrote: ↑Thu Feb 27, 2020 12:22 pmIsn't that a waste of money though? Its sad Monte. I want to see the Olympics as well. Whats even sadder is that Speaker used to have good posts, but when this makebelieve flu came along he just isn't the same. He doesn't eat. He doesn't come out of his room. I think he might be smoking weed. That's not going to help him get any better. Me on the other hand, I read important documents that have high level math and make intelligent points on this forum left and right. I want my friend back, but Speaker needs to come to terms with that himself. I have done all I can to help him.

Yes, and it will be proper hockey with Dutch hotties in short skirts running around on grass that we will be missing.StCapps wrote: ↑Thu Feb 27, 2020 12:31 pmAt that point coronavirus really would be hockey wars 2.0, heheMontegriffo wrote: ↑Thu Feb 27, 2020 12:25 pmLook, we have to control the spread of this disease or they will cancel the Olympic games and that will ruin my summer.heydaralon wrote: ↑Thu Feb 27, 2020 12:22 pm

Hockey no one cares about. Not having real hockey with the best in the world at the Winter Olympics was far worse. Perhaps if they don't go to the 2022 Olympics as well, you'll finally understand when your boy Nylander doesn't get to go.Montegriffo wrote: ↑Thu Feb 27, 2020 12:34 pmYes, and it will be proper hockey with Dutch hotties in short skirts running around on grass that we will be missing.StCapps wrote: ↑Thu Feb 27, 2020 12:31 pmAt that point coronavirus really would be hockey wars 2.0, heheMontegriffo wrote: ↑Thu Feb 27, 2020 12:25 pm

I won't spam up every thread on the MHF like a self-centered, 12-year-old with Aspergers though.StCapps wrote: ↑Thu Feb 27, 2020 12:36 pmHockey no one cares about. We posted Olympics talk in the olympics threads fool. You just wanted to discuss different things about the olympics than hockey, so you got mad, because you couldn't control the content of the threads to only talk about what you wanted to talk about. The irony is that if the NHL goes in 2022, you'll be more than happy to discuss hockey talk in the Olympics threads, but back then you were mad that people were discussing a sport you didn't enjoy.Montegriffo wrote: ↑Thu Feb 27, 2020 12:46 pmI won't spam up every thread on the MHF like a self-centered, 12-year-old with Aspergers though.StCapps wrote: ↑Thu Feb 27, 2020 12:36 pmHockey no one cares about. Fellas, fellas, can we concentrate on what's important here? Monte, Capps, and Daralon all know this flu is no big deal. Speaker thinks it is and is buying rice that will just go to waste. Three people vs one person. If this were a vote 3 is more than 1. Therefore, we win. Its settled. Speaker is not only wrong, but he also does not work out or know how to do any flexibility exercises. Period.
