You're spouting gibberish at this point, since Communism is about economics, whatever you're complaining about that you refuse to actually describe, it's not Communism. But it's a pretty pathetic way to defend your labeling by refusing to actually give your reasoning why you use a label. It reinforces the conclusion that you have no idea what the terms actually mean. You're like a toddler calling everything you don't like "poopy".StCapps wrote: ↑Tue Dec 31, 2019 12:21 pmDude, oppressor vs oppressor blaming capitalism for everything is as communist as it fucking gets, whether it's applied to economic or social issues doesn't make it not communism. It is in no way over the top to label such thinking as communist, you just refuse to call out what you don't like for what it is, if they use a label you like instead they get a complete pass from brewster.

Applying communist thinking to social issues is still fucking communism. Must crush capitalism because of women's rights and the environment, is cover that only fools an idiot like you, these clowns are saying the best way to address social issues is to destroy capitalism and replace it with central planning and regulation. Your semantical idiocy completely misses the point, and you aren't even right about the semantics.brewster wrote: ↑Tue Dec 31, 2019 12:55 pmYou're spouting gibberish at this point, since Communism is about economics, whatever you're complaining about that you refuse to actually describe, it's not Communism. Still gibberish. No link between equal civil rights and seizing the means of production. I might note that no regime that ever declared itself Marxist was known for it's human rights nor environmentalism.StCapps wrote: ↑Tue Dec 31, 2019 12:56 pmApplying communist thinking to social issues is still fucking communism. Not gibberish, of course there is no link between seizing the means of production and equal civil rights or the environment, but that doesn't stop the commies from claiming there is while calling themselves feminists and environmentalists as cover for their blatant communism, but apparently you are completely oblivious to this reality.brewster wrote: ↑Tue Dec 31, 2019 1:22 pmStill gibberish. You really need to get out of your bubble dude, if you think these people don't exist and aren't vocal advocates for causes they are actively undermining to push communism. They totally fucking exist, they are the only ones getting any press coverage for the causes too, and they are drowning out real feminists and environmentalists and hijacking the causes while many actual environmentalists and feminists excuse their behavior because they naively see them as allies to the cause instead of enemies in their midst. Stop living under a rock, this is reality.

Some Communists like heavy metal. Does that make heavy metal Communist?StCapps wrote: ↑Tue Dec 31, 2019 12:13 pmIf you don't think there are "feminists" who use the cause to push communism or "environmentalists" using the cause to push communism, you need to pull your head out of the sand. Clearly there are plenty of both who claim the best approach to each situation is to push communism, while rejecting all other possible ways to address these situations that doesn't involve communism, blaming capitalism for all of their problems, proving the labels are just useful cover for their extremism. Real feminists and environmentalists would be calling these people out, not pretending they don't exist, or defending their bullshit.Montegriffo wrote: ↑Tue Dec 31, 2019 11:24 amI guess that's what happens when you label feminism and environmental awareness as Communist.de officiis wrote: ↑Tue Dec 31, 2019 10:46 amhttps://www.marketwatch.com/amp/story/g ... ssion=true
Environmentalism is about reducing the harmful effects people are placing on the planet. That doesn't mean environmentalists want to destroy capitalism. In fact, the best way to promote the cause is to find profitable ways of reducing emissions such as energy-saving, improved insulation, recycling materials etc.
Carbon taxing is an effective way to encourage manufacturers to reduce their footprint.
None of the above is Communist.
Feminism is about fighting for equal rights, pay, working conditions and opportunities for women. In no way does that equate to Marxism.
Brewster has it right, your definition of Communism is ''things I don't like''.

Re: 708 Marxism Went Underground
If those communists hijack heavy metal and get all the press coverage as the only real heavy metal, and become the face of heavy metal, then yes. That has happened to both the feminist and environmental movements, and if the real environmentalists and feminists refuse to call them out and refuse to distance themselves from them, then they are undermining the cause they claim to champion, just as the commies do.Montegriffo wrote: ↑Tue Dec 31, 2019 1:31 pmSome Communists like heavy metal. Re: 708 Marxism Went Underground
Plenty of commies claiming to be environmentalists do want that, and they have become the face of the movement. If you are unaware of that reality, then you live under a rock, and if you are aware and refuse to call them out, then you're a closet communist.Montegriffo wrote: ↑Tue Dec 31, 2019 1:31 pmThat doesn't mean environmentalists want to destroy capitalism.
Can't claim ignorance anymore now that I have informed you of their existence, so I await you're distancing yourself from them, that is if you aren't a closet communist who feels the need to knee jerk defend obvious communists as just being reasonable environmentalists or feminists.

No, it hasn't. You just portray it as such because you are intellectually lazy and prefer to label something Communist rather than debate the actual issues.
You are as dumb as an SJW labelling someone who is worried about immigration as a Nazi.
