If Trump didn't pay taxes he’d facing jail time.
Correct that to "pay the taxes he admits he owes". He has an army of accountants to implement every tax scam they can find, just like every wealthy person or big business. And when they're caught, that same army weasels them out of hot water with minimal fines. No one goes to jail for tax "evasion" and the only people who go to jail for taxes "fraud" are the really brazen ones who simply don't file or lie outright about things that can be checked.
Being a US citizen is a constitutional requirement.
Obama's actual citizenship was never was in question. Even if he WERE born in Kenya his mother was indisputably American and he had spent the majority of his life in the US. What was being questioned was the "natural born" nonsense. It was bullshit, racist noise from the get go, as the non-cases of Cruz and McCain prove.
A US President cannot hold dual citizenship. And remember, ”Barry” never showed he didn't. Also, his family in Kenya stated he was a Kenyan. That is the problem.

As for the rest, you have TDS. Congrats.

Ah, so tax evasion is the next big bad wolf after Ukraine impeachment fails. Democrats already know any of their poor 2020 candidates will fail to beat Trump in 2020. The only plan they have is to continue to flail wildly like children having a tantrum when told they can't have an ice cream. Russia, Pee tape, Ukraine, blah, blah, blah. The majority has tuned out. Those that still back impeachment based on Russia, Ukraine, taxes, etc. only want to see Trump fail. Most of them don't even believe any of this bullshit is true, they are just partisan hacks with no morals, just a never-ending butthurt from 2016.

They tried that under Clinton. I don't think it mattered back then either.

The problem with federal judges separated from politics as far as possible, is it's impossible.

Unless you create a Judge Dredd, every human has a bias. Political or otherwise.
I said as far as possible. That's why you don't put them in that position.
Of course it would be nice to have SCOTUS removed as far from politics as possible, the problem is that to extent that is possible, is disappointing. Judges going to be biased as fuck, pining for a non-political SCOTUS will just lead to disappointment.

Just win baby, if it's going to be a weapon, which it is, you best learn how to use it. Cocaine Mitch knows.
That's why I don't want a lifetime non elected judge involved in impeachment like that.

Statistically speaking, 66% of impeached American President's, were impeached for humiliating Hillary Clinton.

Sometimes stats are fun.

Me either. Some people are just under the delusion that it's possible for it to somehow be a non-partisan affair, because wishful thinking is a helluva drug.

As for the rest, you have TDS. Congrats.
You are incorrect about this. The US simply does not recognize dual citizenships according to the State Dept. Please quote where the Constitution or a law says "A US President cannot hold dual citizenship". And proving a negative can be difficult, prove to me you're not a Russian agent. There was never anything to birtherism but racist bullshit.

Speaking of bullshit, TDS is no different than the derangement of the GOP towards Bill Clinton, his wife, or Obama. The GOP spent the entirety of Bill's presidency vainly trying to prove they were mobsters or such.

We are only accustomed to dealing with like twenty online personas at a time so when we only have about ten people some people have to be strawmanned in order to advance our same relative go nowhere nonsense positions. -TheReal_ND

Yes and now you are no better than those with Clinton Derangement Syndrome or Obama Derangement Syndrome. Congratulations.

Article 2, Clause 5 of the Constitution of the United States.
No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States
The second part of the "Or a citizen of the United States" was for those who were as such as the writing of the document... not post. So please don't play the word game with me, you'll lose.

Both Obama and Clinton have done impeachable offenses... Trump has not... so please excuse me if I don't care what your opinion is...
