They really should. Cheap PK would be quite the boost at RHD.

Re: MHF - Hockey Thread
NJ would have to retain 50% and take Ceci back in the deal to fit him into the Leafs cap.
The Leafs would have to make it a sweet deal for them in return, say Liljegren, Bracco, maybe even Joe Woll
I think PK would bounce back in the 6ix tho, he's like Max Domi, he needs the spotlight
Babcock is gone, so that's not an issue anymore, PK would fit in well with the system Keefe uses, similar to NSH.
He also brings the Jam they lost with Kadri, he'd drag them into the fight.
He brings swagger which Tavares doesn't, Tavares is good as Captain, but PK would be good as shift disturber.
He's just slumping with the rest of the team in NJ, bring him back to the 6ix he'd get fired up again.

MacKinnon in Super Saiyan Mode. Avs trying to complete the third period comeback after being down 4-2, now 4-4 late in the third.

Well made it overtime and got the loser point, but gave up a breakaway to Monahan and he made the Avs pay. Flames playing much better since they fired Peters.

The Overpaid Prima Donna's embarking on their annual Western Road Trip opening in Van City
I gotta bad feeling : everybody is blowing sunshine up their asses because they beat St. Louberta.
That's usually when they phone the next game in.

Leafs win in Van City 4-1
Three point night for Tavares, scores two, sets Matthews up for one.
Freddie Vezina basically stole this game, Leafs coughing up scoring chances left and right.
Could have been a blowout for Vancouver if not for Andersen.
Four breakaways for Vancouver, Andersen stops them all.

Every win count. At least they are scoring again and putting lots of shots on goal. The hockey gods stod by Freddie this time.Smitty-48 wrote: ↑Tue Dec 10, 2019 10:26 pmLeafs win in Van City 4-1

They've still got a hole to dig themselves out of, they have to put together a legit winning streak.Hastur wrote: ↑Tue Dec 10, 2019 11:01 pmEvery win count. They can't win a couple lose a couple, they won't make the playoffs that way.
And they traded away their first round pick to get rid of Marleau, that's a top ten pick right now.
I like Dubas, I don't want him fired, but the way this is going, I think both he and Shanahan are on the bubble.
This is their team, they made every decision, they own it, and they should have fired Babcock sooner.
They are ten million over the cap and all in without their first round pick, they made this bed.
If they miss the playoffs, they deserve to get fired.

Muh Avs now first in the Central after beating Philly 3-1 tonight. Also tied with the Caps and Bruins for most ROW's in the NHL.
Kadri back and had a nice assist on Rantanen's second goal of the night, would have been a hat trick for the Big Moose if not for Hart with the highway robbery.

This was fun while it lasted, Chara throwing Wilson around, striking exchanges fairly even.
