Chevy's are banned now too
Damn you, Cybertruck.

That thing is cool because it pisses off people.

I think it's a rolling fire hazard but if it pisses people off, hell yes.

A Telsa for only $40,000 ?

At that price point I might be interested, I'll wait until it matures a bit tho.

Imagine all the tax breaks too. I heard on some campuses they have designated spots for electric cars with free charging stations. I think you would be a fool to buy a new truck without considering all the options being given to you here.

But this is going to be a market for first time new vehicle buyers. Something I will never participate in again. I have no idea what kind of resale value these things will have. I know what to expect from a used diesel but this? Idk. Take a chance if you want a new vehicle I guess

0-60 in 2.9 for $39,999 ?

I'm interested.

Wouldn't pay over a hundred grand for a Tesla, but at that price point . . .

I see a lot of stats thrown around and I think they are being confused with the different platforms being offered. The high end is like 60k with three motors. I think it's boasting more like 0-60 in 5.9

I wouldn't believe any of the sticker stats being pushed tbqhf. There are a number of things that disqualify it for the American market anyway. The prototype doesn't have a circle steering wheel for one.

Check out the tow capacity too.
10,000 lbs on the mid range model, 14,000 lbs on the high.
Been looking for something under $70k that can tow a decent sized RV.

My quarrel with Tesla was always the price.

At $40K, I'm getting real interested.

Same.
Plus it’s a vehicle that just begs for a custom paint job. I’m not above giving it a Grand Theft Auto style exterior.
