I've gotten into with her now tho, we do it as a routine together.

This is just at the gym mind you, for exercise, I don't go to bars anymore, can't smoke.

I'm not shy, I was an army drill instructor, that's the ultimate performer, in front of the troops.

I find shuffle dancing to be great fun, I used to be a club fiend, I was always on the dance floor.

I just have no place in a nightclub now, I'm a grey beard.

I like it at the gym tho, with the music pumping, it gets you going, it's great exercise.

That is a place where guys do hit on my wife tho, she's got a great little bod on her, she's super cute.

I do still lift, so I don't feel outdone by them, I still got the guns from being in the army.

I am starting to shrink a bit tho, I have noticed that I'm getting skinnier no matter how much I lift.

I started out skinny, then I got really big in my thirties, army gym, heavy lifting, I was a beast.

Now I'm going back to being skinny, my butt is shrinking, my legs are shrinking, I'm losing mass.

Thankfully I have broad shoulders, makes me looker bigger than I am.

My wife meanwhile is in the best shape she's ever been.

I actually liked it when she was young, cause she had little puppy fat on her.

She says that would just be cottage cheese now, so she's hitting the gym harder than ever.

I respect her drive, the routines she does in the gym are like shit we used to do in the army.

She takes pride in it, she's got a great bod on her, it's impressive for an older broad.

She's up at 0600 and off to the gym, like a paratrooper.

The Diana episode.

I'm actually coming around to her a bit more these days.

Not for the reasons other people like her, the People's Princess bullshit.

But rather because she was so ruthless.

They're going through all her secret correspondence, and she was actively being a poltician.

Talk about interventionist monarchy, she was the most interventionist of all time.

She was manipulating the government itself.

And only she could get away with it, because she was the People's Princess.

Eventually, the Queen was absolutely desperate to get rid of her, because Diana was literally taking over.

She was having secret meetings with Tony Blair, she was outflanking the Queen at 10 Downing even.

In actual fact, Diana was staging a kind of royal coup de tat, using her mega celebrity.
