How do you arrive at a conviction without an investigation?
Also, how do you get a conviction with a jury biased in favour of the accused?
Jesus Christ.

There WAS an investigation and they found NOTHING.
Monty thinks it is fair to have a jury so biased they were ready to vote guilty before the investigation even began. You can't have a jury biased in favor, but it's perfectly fine to have one biased against. Fucking moron.

Leaving the EU.
Leaving with a deal or without a deal?
Norway style or Switzerland style?
Staying in the single market as was campaigned for or crashing out and breaking all links which nobody (even Farage) campaigned for?

Pro-Brexit voters can't agree what Brexit means which makes it difficult to achieve.
You don't need a deal before you leave to get a deal after you leave. Just Leave, stop the feckless delaying.
There is no mandate for a no-deal Brexit.
Nobody voted for one and to impose a no-deal Brexit on the population against their wishes would be wrong.

Impeachment is perfectly constitutional.
In fact, it is right there article II, section 4
The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.
Withholding funds unless an investigation into the actions of a possible Presidential rival is carried out comes under the heading of bribery if proved.
At this point, the impeachment process is an investigation into alleged lawbreaking by Trump and perfectly constitutional.
It's doomed, obviously, as a partisan Senate acts as the jury and around 20 Republican Senators have to vote against their own self-interest in order to remove Trump from office.
What you are railing against is an investigation into alleged wrongdoings by
Trump.
To not investigate those allegations would be unconstitutional and lead to the President being above the law. Otherwise known as totalitarian government.
It absolutely does not. That was Trump doing his job.

The Bidens were tits deep in corruption and Trump is the head of federal law enforcement. FFS are you serious?

Difficult <> impossible unless you are a Brit.

It was Leave or Remain. Remain until the EU gives you a deal good enough to accept or never leave has no fucking mandate. You're not a Leave voter, stop trying to pretend you know why they voted for what they voted for, when you strawman their position at every turn proves you have no fucking clue.

Since there are multiple ways of leaving the EU, none of which was defined in the advisory referendum then it is sensible to find out what the electorate meant by Brexit before committing the country to the most important decision since the second world war.
The electorate didn't vote for a no-deal Brexit and Parliament has rejected it several times so we need to leave with a deal.
Working out what that deal is to be is defining Brexit.

You are not a Leave voter so stop trying to pretend you know what 17.4 million voters meant by leaving the EU.
Since no-deal was not campaigned for by a single member of the major pro-Brexit campaigns it is ludicrous to claim that is what they wanted.

I've not claimed to know what they meant by leaving the EU. There are many opinions on what it means.
What I do know is that there has never been a mandate for a no-deal Brexit.
It is, therefore, the duty of Parliament to define what Brexit means, come up with a deal and then put it to the House and then the public to approve or deny.
