Re: The Space War Thread
The Spacemerican women, being Astronauts, are still militarized.
They are Citizen Soldiers. They can fight if necessary.
They're just not in the Combat Arms.
So in the US Space Force, there are chicks, they just do every support job not being done by robots.
They also serve in the CIA, the broads who really want to get into the action, go CIA.
In the CIA, most of the NOC's are chicks, the men in the CIA are the Special Activities Division Operators
Space NOC's are like Valerie Plame, Space SAD is like Johnny Spann.
In Space, the chicks are in the rear with the gear, this is where most of the espionage happens, so chicks blend in
Valerie Plame does the spying, if she needs back up, Johnny Spann leads that team.

There's almost no gay people in Space.
There's lots of gay people on Earth, but they don't go to Space.
Because Space is dominated by arch conservative Christian baby factories
So Space is extremely heterosexual, not by law, just by default.
Anybody born in Space who turns out gay, tends to migrate back to Earth.

Divorce is extremely rare in Space.
Usually a divorce means somebody is going back to Earth.
Spacemaericans choose their mates very carefully.
They generally meet their mate in grade school,
puppy love in their tweens, serious in high school, married upon graduation.
The whole social thing in school is about finding your mate.
They don't have sex before marriage, not even imposed, space girls just don't put out till you put a ring on it.
God, Guns & Gynecology : Per Ardua Ad Astra.
Astronaut Space Moms.

Re: The Space War Thread
When adults fall for each other in Space, that's a big deal. That's practically love at first sight.
There are no one night stands in Space.
If a woman starts taking her clothes off in your hotel room, that's eloping for all intents and purposes.
So while Dr. d'Alençon is my 007 in Space, he is not a womanizer like Bond, no Astronaut is.
Bedding Dr. Vega-Alba is like skipping straight to the Contessa.
Love & Marriage & the Baby Carriage is inherently part of the deal, soon as he takes her up on it, he is aware.

Have you been up all night writing and drawing?
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

So on Cloud City Paris at Venus, my James Bond meets his Contessa.
She agrees to defect. They are however under surveillance, INTERPOL is watching.
INTERPOL can't whack one of their own, so they send Mafia hitmen.
Being European Mafia, it's the Eyetalians.
Cloud City Paris is actually run by the Japanese, so the Yakuza facilitates the Eyetalians, lets them bring guns.
The two Doctors have no guns, so they are running the gauntlet, and it's like man and wife already.
It's for all the marbles, if he doesn't figure a way out of the trap . . .

Mostly drawing, while I map out the Spacemerica Universe.
Drawing is time consuming, takes a massive amount of effort to produce quality stuff

I'm retired tho. I do what I want when I want.Montegriffo wrote: ↑Sun Nov 10, 2019 5:55 amMe too but I'm usually in bed by 9am.
I do my best work at night.
In the army, I mostly worked at night, Recce Patrolman
Patrol all night, sleep in the morning, commence battle procedure for the next patrol in the afternoon.
I've been a Nighthawk ever since.
