I wouldn't want to lose Scotland even though they are a net negative to the exchequer.
Her Majesty would be very upset to see them leave.
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

The SNP has said they are not leaving HM. She would remain Queen of Scotland AFAIK.

Getting your history from a Mel Gibson movie would explain a lot. I don't remember him doing a political thriller but the primaries must have been lit.

Well, the socialist dinosaur in charge of the Labour party has told the socialite dinosaur in charge of the Tories that he'll back any call for an election.
Whoopee, now we get to choose which one of this pair of chancers is going to run the country for the next Parliament.
I'm not giving either of them my vote but unfortunately, I only get one vote so mine is going to be wiped out by some moron who thinks nationalising everything is a good idea or an even bigger moron who gets his political ideology from the side of a bus.
December 12th, happy fucking Christmas.

Looking forward to Elton John's re-dedication of Candle in the Wind to England when it's finally dead.

I mean, it's not a choice between Hillary or Trump so I'm not looking for the razor blades yet.
I want Rory Stewart to join the Lib Dems and lead them to victory but I also want Jenifer Lawrence to turn up at my door naked with a 6 pack and a pineapple pizza.

The sad part is that the memorial for England really needed a duet between Sir Elton John and George Michael, but that's not fucking happening.
