He's had open brain surgery twice already. Don't tell me stuff like that won't change you. If the Dems think they are sending the A team this election I would be worried.

It has to be some plastic surgery too, and he's not alone in that. Pretty people are more popular than ugly ones, so it seems like a good strategy for politicians to get some plastic surgery done. But it can backfire hard, especially in a political environment where voters don't feel like they can relate to politicians. We know politicians are fake, but when we can actually see their fakeness with out own eyes, it just makes them less likeable, not more, even if they're prettier than they would be if they just aged properly.
