England's 6-0 match against Bulgaria was stopped twice tonight after racist chants and Nazi salutes from some sections of the crowd. Bulgarian Ultra supporters ejected from the stadium.

I thought it was fairly normal to throw up Roman peace signs at football games

Twice. One more and the game would have been abandoned with England being awarded the win.SuburbanFarmer wrote: ↑Mon Oct 14, 2019 3:14 pmLol they stopped the game because the crowd made bad noises?? Bulgarian supporters have a history with this. The stadium was half empty due to sanctions from previous offences.

I want to laugh at how ridiculous that is, but I know the NFL would do the same shit.Montegriffo wrote: ↑Mon Oct 14, 2019 3:23 pmTwice. Awarding a team a win because the crowd said bad things and used frowned upon salutes? I'm curious about what they were chanting. I've read "abhorrent racist chants" and "monkey chants". Eastern European fans really don't like black players. I've seen them throw bananas to the pitch.

Black players shouldn't have to put up with that.SuburbanFarmer wrote: ↑Mon Oct 14, 2019 8:47 pmI want to laugh at how ridiculous that is, but I know the NFL would do the same shit.Montegriffo wrote: ↑Mon Oct 14, 2019 3:23 pmTwice. Re: Europe, the not boring thread
That doesn't mean a team should lose if the black players are treated poorly by the fans with chants and hand gestures. That's a stupid rule.
