From my perspective, people need to fuse a lot of what Gabbard is saying with what Trump is saying. The correct direction is a combination of these two visions; or, more accurately, the ideal vision is fragmented between the two.

Because it's child abuse.
That is up to your Governor and state legislator. Also who is abusing that child? Themself? If he is receiving pharmaceuticals that's different but other than that, what can you do?
