Not America's problem, unless they misguidely make it so, chasing Middle Eastern Dominoes.
Zombie Carter Doctrine for the fail.
The Kurds are fucking nuts, dude. It wouldn't surprise me if they become the next big hassle fifteen or twenty years down the road. Turkey isn't bombing them for fun.
I would advise not chasing irrelevant middle eastern dominoes. Give them a quick whack with a stick if you need to, but don't get bogged down in Kurdistan, like America is so prone to doing.
Those guys are different. They are almost old-school communists. Once we remove ourselves from that equation, you will see every nation that Kurds affect stamp them out. Turkey, Syria, Iraq, and Iran are not okay with communist mountain people attacking them all the time.

Let them handle it. No need for America to stick it's wang in that hornets nest.

Say what you will about this decades spanning debacle we do have the most seasoned military on the planet as a result. For white Southerners that make up the entirety of front line combat and special forces I suppose it's just business as usual. We will see how long that is going to last.

You can still do that without chasing Middle Eastern Dominoes, so no need to chase the Dominoes.

Rule The Waves.
Flight To Quality.
If The Kurds don't threaten that, which they don't, then simply sail around them, no need for Domino Chasing.

Cheering on a genocide... we've achieved a new low.
You should google the Armenian genocide. Look up the Hamidiye cavalry.

What a difference a couple of years make... Back when they were fighting ISIS, Kurds were everyone's darlings. Even the PYG-commies were respected. Now? "You know, a century ago Kurds were helping genocide Armenians...".
Finally! Kurds will get their comeuppance for that horrible Armenian genocide. At the hands of the Turks...
