Schiff lied about previous knowledge, and is reported to have helped write the complaint

No Clue on the BBC.

It's a smart move because once there is a vote the opposition party gets subpoena power. Plus it requires people to go on record about impeachment, and there's going to be a bunch of Dems up for election that don't want to vote. If Pelosi doesn't vote, it proves they are not serious.
