Nothing beats calling someone a retard when you don't know what you are talking about.
Have a nice day.
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

I bet you believe the League of Nations would have prevented war in Europe, if it wasn't for that damned Hitler, lulz. Fucking clown show, your faith in international institutions is deeply unfounded.

Working together for 50 years beats fighting amongst each other for 200 or more.
It was a united Europe backed by Nato forces which finally ended the war amongst the former Yugoslavian nations.
That wouldn't have happened without decades of working together as the EEC and EU.
Look at the investment which has gone into the backward nations like Spain and Portugal. 40 years of isolationist fascist regimes didn't prepare them well for post-war Europe.
The UK went from the sick man of Europe to the 4th largest economy in the world. Ireland is prospering after decades of decline.
Workers rights and food standards have increased.
Trade and travel between members have been made virtually restriction-free.
We have kept our individual languages and cultures, we still make our own laws. The Eastern block countries have Westernised and the Soviet Union collapsed.
If you only want to see the negatives, that's up to you, but I'm not closing my eyes to the positives because of some idealistic nationalist dreams of a golden era we never actually had.
I'll admit the EU at times have had a positive influence on the former Yugoslavia states. But it's really way too early to say it's what finally stopped the wars. Tito also managed to stabilize that region, and he did it for far longer than you could attribute the current fragile peace to the EU. The EU, and NATO have destabilized the region in 2008 by recognizing Kosovo. This is a huge mistake that we've only seen the start of the consequences, first with South Ossetia and Abkhazia, and now later Crimea.

While I'm not a fan of the state building projects of NATO, they've been doing a better job at keeping stability than the EU. The best example is Turkey. While the EU do everything in their power to push Turkey away from Europe, and integration with European allies, NATO manages to keep them somewhat in check. NATO is the reason why we haven't had a genocide in Cyprus.

As for worker rights. They've been improving in some countries in Europe, but they've been declining in others. Norwegian worker rights are constantly under threat from the EU, same with Swedish and Danish worker rights. Food standards in Norway are way better than the nightmare you have in the EU, because we managed to keep our agriculture outside the EU legislation. Don't need to go further than Denmark to see a drastically worse food standards. Norway has the safest food in Europe, while the rest of you guys keep dying from food poisoning, and there's more and more antibiotic resistant bacteria in the EU due to overuse of antibiotics in agriculture.

The free movement of people in Europe has turned into a decline in worker rights in the richest countries of Europe, while at the same time turning in to a brain drain in the poorest countries of Europe. Both these effects will in the long run lead to increased tensions and less stability in all affected European states.

Not so easy, due to EU regulations on fire-resistant materials.

You're supposed to soak the flag in a flammable liquid before lighting it on fire. Flag burners of all kinds seem to not realize this:

But there's also plenty of people who soak flags in gasoline before lighting it, and themselves on fire. Maybe there needs to be new regulations when it comes to flag, so people don't have to soak them to properly light them on fire, you know for the safety of the public.

Shouldn't burn flags full stop. Especially the nylon crap most are made of. They should be placed in the appropriate recycling bin.

Your objection would be based on the environment. Never change Monte.

It's the only thing that really matters.
Everything else is just squabbling about which bit of cloth to raise up the flagpole.
